On Tollgate Rd from Hwy 52 to Clayton County Line
The Iowa DOT still has a closure on Tollgate Rd / Holy Cross Rd and Hwy 52 for their roundabout project. Look for updates on the state’s website for this portion https://www.511ia.org/
