Amateur astonomers are welcome to join us the second Friday of the month for monthly star parties. Bring your telescopes along and together we will discover what the night sky! No telescope? No problem! The nature center will also have our telescopes out for viewing. *Times will vary month to month based on sunset times but we will try to stick with the second Friday of the month. Join us as we spend the day discovering all winter has to offer. If there is sufficient snow we will explore the Swiss Valley Preserve by snowshoe and kick sled. Come and discover the wonders of the winter nighttime forest on naturalist hike through the preserve. The trail will be lit by moonlight and candles. So pull on your winter boots, hats, and gloves and join us!
