602 New Cases and 15 Deaths in Iowa Since Friday, 15 More Cases in Dubuque County

The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) was notified of 602 additional positive cases of COVID-19 in Iowa since Friday, including 15 additional cases in Dubuque County.   

  • Iowa now has a total of 14,651 positive cases and Dubuque County has 264.  
  • 15 additional deaths were reported for Iowa since Friday, bringing the state total to 351. There were no additional deaths reported for Dubuque County so the county total remains 10. 
  • As of May 15, 19 Dubuque County residents were hospitalized due to COVID-19 and 120 have recovered or are recovering.  Statewide, 387 Iowans are hospitalized and 7,154 Iowans have recovered. 
  • 3,675 Dubuque County residents have been tested, resulting in a 7.2 percent positive rate.  Statewide, 100,241 Iowans have been tested for a 14.6 percent positive rate
