Jan. 27 Phase 1A Vaccination Update for Dubuque County

As of Wednesday, Jan. 27, the Iowa Department of Public Health reported that 7,137 doses of COVID-19 vaccines had been administered to Dubuque county residents (6th highest total in the state), with 1,591 residents (6th highest in the state) having completed their vaccination series (both doses). Phase1B of vaccinations are expected to begin next week.

Statewide, 198,764 doses have been administered to Iowa residents and 40,331 Iowa residents have completed their vaccination series.

• 4,175 more individuals tested.

LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY OUTBREAKS

Dubuque County:
2 long-term care facility outbreaks (same as yesterday) with 87 current positive cases, 15 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 52 recoveries:

• Ennoble Nursing & Rehabilitation, Dubuque (64 current positive cases, 1 in the last 14 days, and 52 recoveries)
• Stonehill Care Center, Dubuque (23 current positive cases, 14 in the last 14 days, and 0 recoveries)

Iowa:
60 long-term care facility outbreaks (2 less than yesterday) with 1,867 current positive cases (residents and staff), 1,073 recoveries (residents and staff), and 1,888 resident deaths from all Iowa LTC facilities to date.
