POSITIVE CASES 

• Dubuque County: 141 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 8,819
• Iowa: 3,872 new cases. Total confirmed cases to date = 215,612

ACTIVE CASES

• Dubuque County: 3,389 active cases (22 fewer than yesterday)

DEATHS

• Dubuque County: No additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 90
• Iowa: 19 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 2,224

HOSPITALIZATIONS

• Dubuque County Residents Hospitalized =  60* as of Nov. 22. (2 more than Nov. 21.)
• Iowans Currently hospitalized = 1,351 (18 more than yesterday.)

RECOVERIES 

• Dubuque County: New recoveries = 163. Total number of recoveries = 5,340
• Iowa: New recoveries = 2,876. Total number of recoveries = 119,684

LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY OUTBREAKS

Dubuque County:  6 long-term care facility outbreaks (2 more than yesterday) with 126 positive cases (53 fewer than yesterday), 15 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 59 recoveries (33 fewer than yesterday):

• Bethany Home, Dubuque (3 positive cases, 3 in the last 14 days, and 0 recoveries)
• Dubuque Specialty Care, Dubuque (7 positive cases, 0 in the last 14 days, and 3 recoveries)
• Luther Manor Communities, Dubuque (82 positive cases, 0 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 44 recoveries)
• Hawkeye Care Center, Dubuque (3 positive cases, 3 in the last 14 days, and 0 recoveries)
• ManorCare Health Services, Dubuque (15 positive cases, 2 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 5 recoveries)
• Shady Rest Care Center, Cascade (16 positive cases, 7 new positive cases in the last 14 days, and 7 recoveries) 

Iowa: 143* outbreaks (23 more than yesterday) with 4,553 positive cases, 1,944 recoveries, and 1,008 deaths to date.

TESTING & POSITIVITY RATE (Calculated by IDPH)
Dubuque County:

• 325 more individuals tested. Total residents tested to date = 43,113
• Test Positivity Rate: 14-day average = 19.3%, average to date = 20.5%.

Iowa:

• 9,782 more individuals tested. Total Iowa residents tested to date = 1,177,338
