- Dubuque County: No new deaths. Total deaths to date = 28
- Iowa: 11 additional deaths. Total deaths to date = 865
TESTING & POSITIVITY RATE*
Dubuque County:
- 194 more individuals tested. Total residents tested to date = 19,267
- Test Positivity Rate: Yesterday = 10.3% , 14-day average = 10%, average to date = 7.6%
Iowa:
- 5,582 more individuals tested. Total Iowa residents tested to date = 475,498

LONG-TERM CARE FACILITY OUTBREAKS
- Dubuque County: 1 outbreak (Luther Manor Grand Meadows, Asbury) with 3 positive cases
- Iowa: 22 outbreaks (same as yesterday)
