The Dubuque County Veterans Affairs Commission is a member of the Iowa County Commissions of Veterans Affairs.  The Commissioners, Executive Director and staff are certified to handle Veterans’ issues and update their certifications each year.

Veteran’s Food Pantry

The Dubuque County Veterans Affairs office operates a food pantry for qualifying Dubuque County veterans and their families. No appointment is necessary. If you are new to the office, please bring Veteran Identification.

The food pantry is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays. It is located in the Old Jail Building on 36 East 8th Street (next to the Courthouse) in Dubuque.
