The mission of Sunnycrest Manor is to promote quality of life while providing quality care to each individual that resides in our facility.

We promote quality of life by embracing a resident centered model of care in which you feel a sense of belonging to a caring community where you can achieve life satisfaction in the programs and services of daily life offered by Sunnycrest.
 
Resident centered care honors your life long preferences, patterns and life styles.  We support your individuality by honoring choices that promote your freedom and independence.  Some good examples are preferences in bathing, dining, waking, sleeping and activities.

Governing Bodies
Sunnycrest Manor is owned and operated by the County of Dubuque.
The facility serves residents of Dubuque County who require Skilled/Nursing Facility, Residential or ICF/MR levels of care and have a financial need.  Care and services provided at Sunnycrest Manor are under the direction of the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors.

The Dubuque County Hospital Board of Trustees are elected officials responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Sunnycrest  buildings, grounds and equipment. The Board of Trustees meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 12:30 pm at Sunnycrest Manor. Persons having business with the Board may contact the Sunnycrest Administrator at 563-583-1781.
